The company provides standard and custom made sprockets for a network of suppliers to the forestry industry, as well as to suppliers to the mining, oil and gas, fertilizer and manufacturing industries.
Engineers, plant superintendents and millwrights specify their requirements and rely on our expertise to ensure exacting standards of workmanship. For repeat items, customers are surprised and usually relieved to see that our records are so thorough, in many cases we can quickly locate the original production drawings for sprockets and any other items manufactured over 40 years ago!
We do Sprockets....
We began to manufacture
industrial sprockets in 1947 and since then have earned a reputation for both
excellent workmanship and service. Our main activity is the manufacture of steel
standard and non-standard industrial rollerchain and millchain sprockets, from 5
inches to 10 feet in diameter. From 35 pitch to 240 pitch, duplex, triple, quad,
double single and multiple strand designs. In addition, the company is a general
machine shop, and general machining constitutes a significant segment of the
business.
What we don't do ....
Sorry, we don't make bicycle sprockets! As stated
above, we provide heavy, industrial sprockets for industrial use. Unless you
want a 35 pound sprocket for helping you race downhill faster, please don't send
us any inquiries for bicycle sprockets. [Sorry, but thank you for your consideration.]
