We Make Sprockets....

We began to manufacture industrial sprockets in 1947 and since then have earned a reputation for both excellent workmanship and service. Our main activity is the manufacture of steel standard and non-standard industrial rollerchain and millchain sprockets, from 5 inches to 10 feet in diameter. From 35 pitch to 240 pitch, duplex, triple, quad, double single and multiple strand designs. In addition, the company is a general machine shop, and general machining constitutes a significant segment of the business.

We make all kinds of Sprockets...

  • Standard rollerchain sprockets
  • Custom / Made to order sprockets
  • Single, duplex, triplex, quad
  • Double-single
  • Taper bushed
  • Stainless steel
  • Double pitch
  • British standard
  • QD style
  • Duplex, triple & multi-strand
  • Split
  • Segmental rim
  • Shear pin style with or without hubs
  • Torch cut for mill chain
  • Idlers [with bearings or bushings]
  • Plastic [UHMW, nylon]
  • Chain couplings
  • Made to order

  • We regularly make non-standard sprocket sizes to suit Browning, QD and Dodge bushings. We make duplex, triple, double-single and multi-strand sprockets as per customer requirements.

We are in a position to manufacture small quantities as well as larger volumes for our customers and are always pleased to quote on any manufacturing requirement.

We maintain an excellent stock of rollerchain sprockets that are most often used. We stock 35 to 240 pitch sizes in single A-plates and B-style for 35 to 120 pitch. We also maintain stock in duplex sizes for 35 to 100 pitch. We often make triplex, quad, and multi-strand custom sizes.

Also, we can provide sprockets in Hardened Teeth [approximately 50-55 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale]

Check with our office should you require information on our standard hub diameters and hub lengths.

    Custom Sizes ("Made-to-Order")

We manufacture custom sizes exactly to customer requirements. Due to our extensive experience we can assist in the design process and ensure the customer is totally satisfied with the final design as well as workmanship.

    Rollerchain sprockets:

Regardless if your inquiry is for a single A-Plate or a double-single duplex complete with a hub for split taper bushing, we can design and manufacture it. All we require is an approval on a drawing.

    Mill chain/torch cut/engineered sprockets:

There are hundreds of mill chain sizes from different manufacturers. We maintain a comprehensive cross index of mill chain specifications to ensure your order is per your expectations.

    Pricing and Quotations

Quoted price can be in either Canadian funds or US funds, depending on the customer's preference. Prices vary due to quantities manufactured, availability, overtime requirements and other production concerns. Deposits are sometimes required prior to manufacturing custom size sprockets and gears. For international shipments, we accept payment made directly to our US currency bank account by wire transfer, or by old-fashioned check. Prices are usually quoted FOB our factory.
