Due to our extensive experience we can assist in the design process and ensure the customer is totally satisfied with the final design as well as workmanship. Rollerchain sprockets:

Regardless if your inquiry is for a single A-Plate or a double-single duplex complete with a hub for split taper bushing, we can design and manufacture it. All we require is an approval on a drawing.
Torch cut sprocket A-Plate c/w 5-lightener holes.

Mill chain/torch cut/engineered sprockets:

There are hundreds of mill chain sizes from different manufacturers. We maintain a comprehensive cross index of mill chain specifications to ensure your order is per your expectations.

We will supply just the A-Plate, or whatevever you need with respect to custom hub requirements. These photos show a 6 inch pitch, 16 tooth, segmental rim design, mounted on a split hub.

Also shown is a 140 pitch 10 tooth split sprocket, an adjustable hub sprocket and a "double-single double-double" C style sprocket.
